Shipping policy

Shipping Locally

Based on your location we offer 3 fulfilment options:

1.) Free delivery – We will deliver your goods at no cost if you stay within a 20km radius of Big Bay, Cape Town.

2.) Beyond 20km radius – Edgehard offers overnight delivery (R90) to SA’s main centres or a standard 48h-72h (R60) delivery service. 

As soon as the order is placed you will receive an email confirmation and you will be able to track your order online. 

We ship orders within 2 to 3 business days of receipt.

Shipping is done Monday to Friday and excludes public holidays.

Please note orders can take longer if shipped to outlying areas.

Although reasonable care will be taken, EdgeHard accepts no responsibility for incorrect delivery details or, if an unauthorised person, at the delivery address, accepts delivery of the order and goods.

Delivery of goods at the shipping or delivery address nominated by the you shall constitute good delivery.

Shipping International

As soon as the order is placed you will receive an email confirmation and will be able to track your order online. 

EdgeHard partners with DHL Express for all international fulfilment.

Trariffs:

  • Europe - R535 (0 - 0,5kg) or R1070 (0 - 1,5kg)
  • US & Canada - R600 (0 - 0,5kg) or R1165 (0 - 1,5kg)
  • Rest of the world - R760 (0 - 0,5kg) or R1520 (0 - 1,5kg)

We ship orders within 2 to 4 business days of receipt.

Some international parcels may have taxes or duties levied by local customs authorities. The customs policy is different in each country, and the fee is usually based on a variety of factors like weight, value, and size. EdgeHard does not take responsibility for these customs fees.

Please make sure that you acquaint yourself with the relevant shipping rates when you go through the checkout process.
